Exchange Policy

Cléore Beauty has a 7-day goodwill exchange policy, provided the item is returned to us during that 7-day window. Please ensure that the returned product adhere to the following guidelines:

    • It is in its original packaging
    • The seal of each product is intact
    • The packaging of the product has not been tampered with
*Please note that items bought during the sale cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product received does not match the product that you have ordered.

    How You Can Exchange An Item?

    1.  Email us at sales@cleore.shop and request an exchange. You can also WhatsApp at:  +92 3261528152 with your order number and request an exchange.
    2.  Write the reason for exchanging the item. Please make sure to add your order number, the quantity and name of the items being exchanged.
    3.  Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:
    4.  We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address.
    5.  Any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment will be paid for by the customer.


    Returns Policy

    Cléore Beauty will fully refund or replace any goods purchased in case they are found to be faulty or damaged from our end. Apart from this reason, you can exchange your items but not return them. 

    How to return an Item?

    1.  Take a clear picture of the item/items that are damaged or faulty and need to be returned.
    2.  Email us at sales@cleore.shop to request a return. Please make sure to add your order number, the quantity and name of the items being exchanged.
     3.  Send the item back to us in its original packaging and seal intact to:
    5.  We will send you a coupon of the same amount as your returning item. You can use that to shop at any time at Cléore Beauty.
    6.  Any applicable shipping charges for the re-shipment will be paid for by the customer.

    Cancellation

    If you want to cancel an order, the sooner you inform us the better it is! We dispatch most orders within 24 hours so be sure to let us know about cancellations at the earliest. 
    Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, items are shipped within one business day so it important that you notify us immediately. If you would like to cancel an order, please send an order cancellation request at sales@cleore.shop
    *Please note that if your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
